Description of Training:
An indepth look at TEBS4 systems, including TEBS G2 family, ECUtalk®, iLvl and all aspects of diagnostics and fault finding.
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of modern brake systems
Target group:
Technicians, mechanics and sales staff
Content:
Welcome and introduction to Knorr-Bremse. TEBS4 Systems. ECUTalk Diagnostics TEBS4 TEBS G2.0/G2.1/G2.2 Systems. ECUTalk Diagnostics TEBS G2.x iLvl. ECUTalk Diagnostics iLvl. Workshop + Fault finding."
Goals:
The participant knows the construction, function as well as the operation of the Knorr-Bremse TEBS generations and components including the iLvl suspension system. To understand the capability and additional options and inputs available to control or react to external auxiliaries. Develop the ability to diagnose system faults and components using Knorr-Bremse ECUtalk® diagnostics.
Notes:
On successful completion of the course a certificate will be issued
